Dedicated to serving the community since 1975.
Since our founding in 1975, Ossipee Concerned Citizens (OCC) has remained committed to improving the health and well-being of individuals and families throughout Ossipee and the surrounding areas. What began as a mission to care for our aging neighbors has grown into a vibrant community resource supporting residents of all ages..
Over the years, OCC has expanded to meet the evolving needs of our neighbors. In 2004, we proudly opened a satellite site in Moultonborough, extending our Meals on Wheels and Congregate Meal programs to residents of Moultonborough and Sandwich. Thanks to the collaboration of volunteers and local partners, we also serve Congregate Meals in Sandwich at the Benz Center and seasonally in Tamworth at Union Hall — always with the goal of ensuring no senior goes hungry.
Recognizing the importance of supporting working families, OCC further expanded its services with the Ossipee Concerned Citizens Childcare Center, offering a nurturing, educational environment for children ages 13 months to 12 years.
Today, as a proud 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we continue to uphold our founding values of nutrition, care, connection, and community — one meal, one child, one neighbor at a time.
