Rent out the OCC dining room for your next event!

$75.00 taxable donation

Our dining room is available for rental Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and weekends from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, for a taxable donation of $75.00, to be paid prior to the event.

Terms & Conditions:

It is mutually agreed that the group/organization is responsible for all cleanup, any unusual expenses, replacement of equipment, and/or damage caused during their use of the facility. Service may be refused if the required donation is not received in a timely manner. All supplies must be provided by the group. OCC kitchen items and equipment are not available for use.

The dining room is the only area available for rental. All other areas, including the second floor, must not be used.

Before leaving, please ensure the following:

  • All personal trash is removed (OCC’s dumpster next to the playground may be used)

  • Lights are turned off

  • Heat and/or air conditioning units are turned off, if used

  • The facility is left in the same condition as found

  • The building key is placed in the drop box outside the building at the conclusion of the event

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in loss of future rental privileges.
