Center Leadership
At Ossipee Concerned Citizens (OCC), our team is united by a shared purpose: to ensure no one in our community goes hungry, unheard, or unseen. Since 1975, our dedicated staff and volunteers have worked tirelessly to support the health, dignity, and independence of the residents of Ossipee and surrounding areas.
Misty Ryder
Executive Director
Misty began her career with Ossipee Concerned Citizens as a teacher’s aide in the Childcare Center and now serves as the agency’s Executive Director. Since 2021, she has led OCC with vision, integrity, and heart. Misty oversees all programs and services across our organization, ensuring each one is guided by compassion, efficiency, and a deep commitment to community well-being.
She is a tireless advocate for the underserved and works continuously to build partnerships that bring in essential funding and expand OCC’s reach. Her passion for service, paired with her strategic mind, has made OCC stronger and more united than ever. When she’s not championing community causes, Misty finds peace in the natural world—kayaking, hiking, and soaking in the beauty around her.

She brings unmatched organization, kindness, and a joyful spirit to every meal served and every route coordinated. With her can-do attitude and unwavering compassion, Amanda ensures that seniors across Southern Carroll County receive not just meals—but also dignity and connection. Off the clock, you’ll find her at farmers markets, treasure hunting at thrift stores, or enjoying the fresh air.
