Childcare Center Director

A cornerstone of OCC for over three decades, Ann’s roots here run deep. She started as a Teacher’s Aide in 1994 and has since earned her degree in Early Childhood Education from Granite State College. Today, as the Childcare Center Director, she brings warmth, wisdom, and decades of experience to the children and families we serve. Ann has quite literally helped raise a generation of children in this community, and her legacy of care continues with every little hand she holds. Her leadership is nurturing and steadfast, and her heart is forever devoted to early childhood education. When she’s not at OCC, Ann enjoys cherished moments with her family—including her many grandchildren, who light up her world.

Breyana Adams

Childcare Assistant Director

Brey has been a shining light at the OCC Childcare Center since 2022. Originally joining as an Associate Teacher in the Toddler Program, her natural leadership and dedication quickly earned her the role of Assistant Director. She holds an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s in Human Services, driven by a deep passion for child development. Brey is not only committed to excellence in education but also to fostering strong, supportive relationships with families. She brings knowledge, warmth, and a steady hand to both the classroom and the Childcare Center’s daily operations.

Ashley Hayford

Associate Preschool Teacher

 Ashley has been a cherished part of OCC’s Preschool Program since 2017. Known for her calm presence, joyful energy, and proactive attitude, she is adored by both children and coworkers alike. Ashley connects easily with young learners, helping them feel safe, seen, and supported in their daily routines. Her dedication and consistency make her a trusted figure within the center, and she continues to be a source of stability and sunshine in the lives of our little ones.

Syndra joined the OCC Childcare Center in 2024 and immediately made a positive impact with her friendly nature and team-first mindset. Always willing to step in where needed, she’s quickly become a dependable member of the teaching staff. Her collaborative spirit and sincere care for the children help create a nurturing and fun learning environment every day. Allison Frost

Site Coordinator

 Allison joined OCC in 2021 and has become an integral part of our Meals on Wheels and Congregate Meal programs. She began in the toddler room at our Childcare Center before transitioning to the Meals program, where she proudly carries on her grandmother Jo-Ann’s legacy of service. As Site Coordinator, Allison manages volunteer drivers, organizes delivery routes, handles key paperwork, and supports both clients and volunteers with a caring, can-do attitude. Known for her warm smile and unwavering dependability, Allison brings both heart and structure to everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys life on the farm and spending time with her children and beloved animals.

Ossipee Site Lead Cook

Chris joined OCC in 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a true passion for cooking. As Lead Cook, he’s responsible for preparing the hearty, nutritious meals our clients look forward to each day. His attention to detail, commitment to quality, and love for food shine through in every dish he creates. Chris runs a tight kitchen that balances creativity with efficiency—ensuring every plate is made with care and every meal is something to savor.

Program Assistant

 A familiar and friendly face at OCC, Erin has been involved in the Meals program for over a decade. After years of dedicated volunteering, she stepped into her official role as Program Assistant in 2024. Erin brings compassion, positivity, and a deep understanding of OCC’s mission to her work every day. She’s always ready to lend a helping hand, share a kind word, or solve a problem with grace. Her presence is both grounding and uplifting to staff, volunteers, and clients alike.

Ashley is the newest addition to our Moultonborough office, and her adaptability and enthusiasm have quickly made her a favorite among staff and clients alike. After first joining the team as a program/office assistant, she transitioned into the Site Coordinator role and has been doing an amazing job leading with positivity and reliability. With years of experience in administrative roles, she brings strong organizational skills and a welcoming presence to the team. A fast learner and great communicator, Ashley is always ready to lend a hand, making her a valued support for both colleagues and community members.

Tayze Benson

Lead Cook

Tayze’s story with OCC is a beautiful reflection of growth and coming full circle—he once attended the OCC Childcare Center as a child, and years later, returned as part of the kitchen team in 2020. Since then, he has grown into the role of Lead Cook at our Moultonborough site with skill, heart, and consistency. Tayze is known for his professionalism in the kitchen, his attention to detail, and his dedication to creating meals that are not only delicious but thoughtfully prepared. His calm leadership and strong work ethic help maintain a positive and productive kitchen environment where meals are prepared with care and pride every day.

Susan Gearty

She’s always the first to offer a helping hand, stepping in wherever needed with a positive attitude and a deep sense of care. As Prep Cook and Dishwasher, she plays a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly, ensuring that every meal is prepared with attention and heart. Jen has been a dedicated part of OCC and the Moultonborough site for over seven years. She brings reliability, adaptability, and heart to everything she does—whether it’s preparing weekend and holiday meals, assisting with food prep, or helping manage supplies and orders. Jen’s care for the clients shines through in every meal she touches. Passionate about ensuring quality and consistency, she approaches her work with a deep sense of purpose. Outside of OCC, Jen is an avid gardener who grows a wide variety of vegetables each year. She also shares her home with a parrot, who keeps her company and adds a little extra joy to her life. Her warmth and dedication make her a beloved member of the team and a true asset to our mission.
